Donagh’s journey in the accounting world is one fueled by passion, curiosity, and a love for personal development. Graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting, from James Cook University in 1992, Donagh began her career with E.M. Green the same year. By 1997, she became a registered tax agent, and in 2002, she took a bold step by taking over the business, rebranding it to Chisholm Accounting & Taxation Services.

Always embracing growth and change, Donagh moved the business in 2005 from its original Mary Street location to its current home on Horseshoe Bend. Alongside her professional qualifications and memberships with organizations like The Institute of Public Accounts, NTAA, and the Taxpayers Association, Donagh has remained deeply committed to staying relevant in a fast-changing world.

Her passion for learning and business growth is reflected in every aspect of Chisholm Accounting. Donagh surrounds herself with a young, savvy, and forward-thinking team, ensuring the business stays clued in to modern trends and connected with engaged business owners and individuals. For Donagh, it’s not just about numbers—it’s about fostering relationships, evolving with the times, and empowering others to achieve their financial goals.

She also has a passion for reading, you can find her curled up on the lounge, unwinding with a good book after a day of work. Felicity also enjoys adventuring with her partner, exploring new places, and sharing exciting experiences. As the receptionist, she plays a crucial role in ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently, making clients feel welcome and supported from the moment they walk through the door. Known for her warm and approachable demeanor, Lily is always ready to assist with inquiries and provide exceptional service. Her organizational skills and positive attitude make her an invaluable part of the team, helping create a seamless experience for both clients and colleagues.

Outside of work, Lily enjoys embracing the great outdoors. Whether it’s camping, fishing, or heading off the beaten track for a fun scenic drive, she loves adventures that connect her to nature. A creative soul at heart, Lily also has a passion for art and enjoys expressing herself through her creations. Her enthusiasm for life and dedication to her role make her a valued team member and a joy to work with.

Outside of work, she enjoys creative hobbies like knitting, dressmaking, and tending to her garden with the company of her two chickens. Clare and her husband like to go away frequently, exploring all that Queensland has to offer, and they share a love for scuba diving.
